BlackRock-sponsored Sopaipilla Investor LLC on July 27 placed $12.547 billion of 7.534% amortizing notes due Nov. 30, 2048 at T+287.5, in line with early whispers for the deal, which went out to investors last week. Proceeds back a massive 960-megawatt data center campus in El Paso, Texas (under an 80:20 joint venture with a Meta Platforms affiliate). That pricing level — which didn’t budge from initial whispers last week in the T+287.5 area — reflected concessions to investors to clear that amo
